Peter is the co-founder and former CEO of DASH Financial Technologies, a leading capital markets technology provider specializing in options trading infrastructure. Since establishing the company in 2009, he has transformed it into an industry pioneer renowned for advancing routing transparency, execution optimization, and agency-only brokerage services. Maragos began his career as an options market maker on the floors of the CBOE and AMEX with Tahoe Trading LLC, later serving as CEO of Liquidity Port and SDS Financial Technologies. Peter also served as a Member Director on the Board of the Options Clearing Corporation.
James Hyde

James is a veteran options executive most recently leading Business Development for NYSE Options at the New York Stock Exchange (ICE), managing platforms like NYSE American and Arca. He spent over 20 years at the American Stock Exchange as Vice Chairman, Senior Supervisory Officer, registered trader, and founder of market-maker TAHOE Trading, with later roles at Integral Derivatives and Kellogg Group. He served as 2024 STA Chair, past STA Board Chairman, President Emeritus STANY.

With over two decades leading technology teams in financial services, he previously held roles at NYSE and as Chief Technology Officer at International Securities Exchange (ISE) Holdings.
Clare Saperstein

Clare is a seasoned legal and market structure executive who served as Head of Equities at the New York Stock Exchange. In addition to overseeing market structure policy and strategy, product development, and relationship management across NYSE's equity exchanges, TRF, Global OTC, and SIAC, she also held senior legal and regulatory positions during her tenure at NYSE. Earlier, she was a litigation associate at both Patterson Belknap, Webb & Tyler and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.

Billy Mullins is a technology and security executive with over 25 years of broad experience. At Thesys CAT he led delivery of the first petabyte-scale SEC Rule 613 platform, reporting to the SEC and every U.S. options exchange, and contributed to a security posture presented in U.S. congressional testimony. Earlier he developed valuation systems for energy derivatives and credit at Macquarie Group and worked in equities engineering at Goldman Sachs, after early work in low-latency trading.

Tom Ascher
Tom is a veteran executive and advisor in financial markets and trading technology, currently serving as a Member of the Board at Adroit Trading Technologies and Member of the Board of Advisors at Centana Growth Partners. With over 30 years of experience, he previously held key leadership roles including Executive Chairman at Quantitative Brokers (majority-owned by Deutsche Börse), Chief Strategy Officer at the International Securities Exchange (ISE), CEO of Nasdaq-Liffe Markets, and Vice Chairman of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) board after starting as a floor trader.
